YouTube to Fix the Broken Tap-to-Seek Feature on Android

With the latest update the YouTube Android app seems to have lost a feature that was around for years. Users reported that they could no longer tap on the progress bar to skip forrard or go backward in a video, although, scrubbing the progress bar seems to piece of work,

Just like the case with the Android app, iPhone users can still drag the ruby-red dot on the progress bar to to move forward and backward, but that's still far from ideal.
